Rovers FC is pleased to announce the signing of Shu’aib Ernesta from Premier League club Red Star FC.

The 22-year old attacker moved to Red Star last season having previously played for Plaisance and La Passe collecting some trophies along the way.

Speaking about his transfer, Shu’aib said: “It feels great to be joining Rovers.

“Especially to link up with my old teammates from school and Plaisance FC.

“We aim to win the league and my focus will be on helping us achieve that target.”

Rovers FC Manager, Chris Rousseau, said: “Shu’aib is a player that the team had identified for the future. 

“He is a versatile player that can be used across the front three.

“We believe he has immense potential and look forward to helping him unlock that.”

Kosta Todorovic, Club President, added: “It’s important that we continue to add quality players both for now and for the future.”

“We have a strong core group of young players and Shu’aib will complement them as we look to build a strong and successful team for tomorrow.”

Shu’aib will wear the number 9 jersey for the coming season.
