Rovers have completed the signing of 20-year old right-back Kevin Joubert from Lions LMS FC. 

Speaking about his signing, Kevin said: “I came to Rovers for the high level training that will develop me as a football player.

“I love to defend and fight for the team. I can also join the attack when the coach needs me to.

“My ambition for this season is to fight for a place in the team and hopefully help us win the league title again!”

Steve Herbots, Rovers Head Coach, said: “Kevin has all the characteristics to be a modern full back. He has tactical awareness, is fast and dares to overlap at the right moment. 

“He is a young prospect we will work with to develop into an asset for the club.”

Manager Kosta Todorovic added: “We have been tracking Kevin for a couple of years and I’m pleased to finally get him here especially knowing that he was in demand by Premier League clubs.”

Kevin has already joined his new teammates for preseason as they look to continue last year’s success in the new season.
